Multiple pockets lined, slip, 2 small interior plus zip closure, back slip pocket. Flap closure with gold brass ring. Adjustable and removable body strap - callouts: definitely some pen marks in the main cavity of the interior, looks like a box cutter slash on the top of bag (pictured but not too deep!) and knock under the flap (pictured) - - I think with some leather repair + detail it could be fixed! Other wise such a good everyday bag
