These are size 16 and made by Chaus. They are made with 97% cotton and 3% spandex and machine washable. They have elastic in the waistband (not very stretchy) and a hidden zipper up the side. They measure about 17" across at the waist, the hips measure 22 1/2" across and the inseam is 21 1/2". They are new with tags, might have some wrinkling with shipping. Very nice.
