kelgent @fancyadornments Thanks for your interest! The armpit to armpit measurement, snapped and laying flat, is 20”, and the hip measurement, snapped and laying flat, is also 20”. The fabric is 98% cotton and 2% spandex so there’s some stretch to it. I hope this helps!😊
