Chic gray blouse with delicate lace sleeves. Perfect for stylish layering. Im not sure if it is a top or a dress, depends on how tall you are. It is wrinkly but excellent used condition minus the wrinkles. No stains or rips. Top of shoulder down the arm: approx. 22in Bottom of top across laying flat: approx. 26in. (without stretching it) Very nice quality, does have a liner underneath, not see through at all and the liner sits lower than the outer part of the top. Please see pics.
