quiester1 @trueheartresale Thank you for your quick response!! I have another question?? Is this gown “heavy”?? I notice that it does have a lot of beads! I want to be comfortable. It is a size 14…. I know I will have to have it altered…. In St John knits I am 8-10 It looks like it is very heavy beaded….. It is beautiful as you have stated. This dress will worn to a black tie event in December. quiester1 @trueheartresale The event is a Celebration and Retirement Dinner for 50 years of service for my former pastor. The Black Tie event will be held at a local hotel in December 2025. There will be a reception, however no dancing. I am a very dear friend of the family, however I want to be dressed appropriately for the occasion. I am concerned about the weight of the dress because of the jewels because I want to be comfortable. I am open to suggestions!!! Thank you Jackie

trueheartresale @quiester1 I apologize for my delayed reply! A friend of mine gave this dress to me, I called to inquire about the weight and relayed the details of your event. She said although it does have some weight to it (more than your average dress) she felt like a princess the whole time and feels you will be just fine wearing it to your event 😊
