kauaibr Hi there! Yes, unfortunately it can. I have a couple other orders very delayed. As long as tracking is still active with "item delayed, but on it's way" I tend not to worry too much. Not sure if it's part of the "price we pay to live in Hawaii" :) Weather conditions also play a big part. Thank you for checking.
