Waist is 26-30,” sweep at hips is 60,” ruffle is just under 4” wide, length of skirt is 28.”
Cotton/poly blend, lightweight soft fabric more like shirting. Amazing label. This in no way a modern size large. Please look at measurements. last 2 photos show waist tied at tightest & a bigger measurements. I left the waist ties untied in the 26” waist placement to show how skirt overlaps

@mayathompson18 Yes, it’s a wrap skirt. As you allow the waist tie to have a greater circumference, it does make the overlap of the skirt panels cover each other less & you might show more leg. I will add a photo to show better than I am explaining it. These were very popular in the 70-80s.
