Handmade Green and Red Embroidered Mini Dress

I believe this chic green mini dress with vibrant red embroidery is handmade. I bought it for a party and never got to wear it! The dress does have a couple catches (as pictured). The last picture is more the true color of the green-- like a bright avocado, lol. 🥑 Since it's handmade, I do not know the fabric or the size, but I measured the PTP (as pictured) and 21 inches is comparable to a L/XL.
