phunsucker @orchideas I have been told these are refillable… it does not have a cap and I don’t think it ever did. They are colllectible but I have two and only one with perfume that I still use and love.

orchideas @phunsucker Thank you so much. I meant if you can remove the top of the star, the part that is silver. If you can that means that it is refillable, also in the same area in the back it will tell if is refillable. Some of the bottle are not refillable. If you can confirm that I will be able to purchase it. Thank you so much for your help
