New with tags! I also have another pair in another color in my closet. The color listed online when I purchased was called “true black”. It does have a “wash” to it and to my eye I would call it more of a dark grey ish black.

Hi! I’m sorry I’m not sure if I can really answer that. Due to my health condition my weight has fluctuated so I don’t know if I even tried these on. I did provide measurements in case you wanted to measure against something else you have. Also they are fairly stretchy. As far I can tell they seem true to size but again I don’t know since I never wore them and they are new with the tags on. Thanks for looking! If I can help with anything else let me know.
