Pink Floral Ruffle Dress

Charming floral dress with ruffle sleeves and tiered skirt. Features a pink floral pattern. No size tag listed but I believe it’s a small or XS it’s been taken in at the waist but I think you can seam rip it out and not affect the fabric.
