This is a beautiful retro Tori Richard Made in Hawaii maxi dress. The blue and green colors are vibrant. It has flared flounce sleeves. There is beautiful pleat accents on the back. It measures 17.5” from pit to pit, 15.5” at the empire waist, and 50” from the top of the front collar to the bottom hem. It is in excellent condition.
