Elegant handbag with green and brown floral design. Features a unique handle and fringe detail. I purchased this at a craft fair. No brand and never used. I loved the acrylic round handles. The sage green top portion is velvety and the lower Japanese looking portion satin. 15” x 14” width without handles. Inside looks to be a water repellent material which is always nice.
