New with tags- the discontinued Bubble collection. Has a sleeve that could fit a tablet and one BIG pocket on the front zipper (see the picture where the measuring tape does not go all the way to the bottom and that is the measurement of the pocket. The side reflective panel is a "loop" so you can clip on a light (see picture with the pen). There is a strap to use as a cross body and it slips in a designated pocket in the back for easy transformation on and off the bike. The ring/clip attaches to the rear bike frame so that there is no bounce. The bubble material is "weatherproof" per the tag. I tested it- some water rolls off, but I wouldn't say things would stay dry in a storm.
