masails Hi, It is approximately 11 inches from heel to toe (measuring the bottom of the sole of the boot). The insole would be smaller but I can't get an accurate measurement of the insole with my tape measure.

masails Yes they have been worn...but are in very good condition (see photos). Dear Frances boots are comfortable. I usually wear a 7.5 in boots, so this pair is a little bit tight for me.
