Vintage sheer chiffon velvet burnout button up with port sleeves and a collar. Unsure of size or brand. Measured flat 22 inches from armpit to armpit, approximately 22” from the top of the shoulder to the bottom (flat). No signs of damage aside from a missing brand/size tag.
