Lululemon Rare Unicorn Tears Skirt Women's 4 Small skort rival running *As Is*

Love this rare Lulu skirt with built in shorties in the stunning Unicorn Tears pattern. It's so vibrant and beautiful, alas a tad to small for me at women's size 4. Overall, great condition, but it does have two flaws to note. See the last four photos for the flaws. 1. The elastic band on one leg of the shorties had become partially unstitched. It can be worn this way and is fine, not visible since it is under the skirt, but wanted to point it out. If you are handy with the sewing machine both this and the next should be easy fixes. 2. Where the black fabric runs down the side seam on the skirt, stitches have come undone. Again, this came be worn as is and is covered by the fabric, but seem the scissors in the photo to point it out. Easy seamstress fix. Aside from these two issues, the skirt is in excellent condition.
