Brand new with the tags still on it. I tried it on once and it doesn't fit me right, but is so soft - it needs to be worn! Feels like a much more expensive piece (clearly I didn't bother to see if it fit in store and nabbed it right away). It is labeled as a size 20/22 and I think it is closer to a 22 (happy to take measurements- just ask).
