This Muse Petite dress is for all my shorties. It’s designed specifically for a petite frame. Delicate, floral flowers dot this off-the-shoulder dress. You cal also choose to not wear it off the shoulder, depending how you adjust elasticized neckline. It is stretchy around the natural waist and has a tie so you can adjust the fit.
