1960's Lilli Ann Coat & Dress Set

1960s Lilli Ann ivory wool coat and dress set. Coat has long sleeves with fox fur trimmed caped shoulders, fully lined, double breasted button closure, besom pockets, acetate lining. Dress is a sheath style fit, fully lined in acetate, mock neckline. In beautiful condition. There are stains on dress and coat (see attached pictures). Stains look like they will come out.
