This white crocheted top dress has an open top back with a comfortable elastic band, a tie behind the neck closure, & is fully lined. It’s 100% Cotton. The chest measures 15 1/4 inches across from armpit to armpit laying flat on one side & the length is 26.5” Long (not including the tie straps). It’s all one piece. . Appears to be a separate top & skirt bottom. .
