Beautiful black velvet mini dress with riveted suede detail around sleeves and hem. This dress has a high collar and sleeves that rest above the wrist. It is 31" long from collar to hem and the sleeves are 19" from shoulder to cuff. There are no flaws in the velvet and the suede and riveting was restored. This is a vintage piece from the 60s, handed down from relatives. It is in lovely condition and has no weird smell.

@lidy77 Hello! Thanks for your interest.
From shoulder seam to seam on the back the measurement is 15". From shoulder puff to puff is 17". From the bottom across is 22.5". I've added a couple photos with the measure tape in place, so you can have a look.
