NWOT Red and White Striped One Piece Ruffle Skirt Vintage Style Swimsuit

This is such a cute vintage style swimsuit. I bought it with tags still on and had intentions of keeping it and so I removed tags and then realized that the chest area is a bit small for me and so the clasp in the back doesn’t sit in the right position. This swimsuit is padded. See photos. Neck tie closure in addition to back clasp. I tried on, but never actually used.
