Sorry I missed this comment. It’s 7.5” wide at the widest part, 7” tall at the tallest part, and 2” deep. The little front pocket is 4.5” wide and x 4” tall and 1” deep. At its longest the strap is 45” long and at its shortest it’s 30” long.
