It is hand painted with acrylic paint and hangs from a gold satin ribbon to match the gold in the beautiful peacock feather barbs. The eye of the feathers are vibrant with cobalt blue, turquoise or cerulean blue, gold and yellow. The loose barbs flow freely in metallic green, metallic blue and the shimmering gold. Little dots of green, purple and gold surround the back of the two feathers. Holes are drilled to hold 22 pairs of earrings.
