These jeans are in very good preowned condition and they come from a smoke free home. I have washed these jeans before listing them. The fabric color would be considered either a faded black or a very dark gray. They are size 8, the inseam measures 29 1/2 inches, the rise is 8 1/2, the leg opening is 6.5 inches across and when you lay them out flat, the waistband measures 15 inches across and stretches to 17 inches across.
