luxbrit They are both approx. 19". The belt pulls the waistline in giving it a subtle, gathered look as you can see from the photos. If it helps, I was a size 10 when I bought the dress, with a 38" bust.

luxbrit @myclassycottage Hi Sadly, I didn’t get to actually wear the dress before I lost weight but it is lined so there’s no need to wear a slip under it. It really is a gorgeous dress!
