Dress actually comes with tags but I listed it NWOT due to small black markings on the sleeves (see pic). Not noticeable unless you look up close. This dress is STUNNING, classy and timeliness! Unfortunately the tailor wasn’t able to alter it for me which is the only reason why I’m selling. Size US 10.
