I wore this skirt once for about 4-5 hours. *Dress it up or down. *You can't go wrong with this purchase. *The skirt is approximately 40"L, approximately 29"W at the top of the bell, approximately 34"W at the midway the bell and 45" wide at the bottom of the bell. I am approximately 29" in the waist, and it fits me perfectly. I believe it is true to size.
