I’m only a size small - any chance the waistband of skirt can be taken in - she is good with suit pants - make em bigger & then next time make em smaller.

The waistband it has elastic in back - she may not even have to take the waistband off!! Would you mind measuring the hips as well as the waist 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
