This is an absolutely stunning off-the-shoulder top by Australian fashion label Wheels & Dollbaby. I love this top and think it is so sweet and sexy but regrettably it is too tight on me to wear out in public comfortably and confidently. It is stretchy and flattering with a bodice and bust made of nice high quality stretch satin. The sleeves are a stretch mint/light turquise lace and the shoulder ties are velvet ribbon. There is a gold Wheels & Dollbaby pendent with small velvet bow on the bust. This is an Australia size 10. General measurements I think would work best: Bust- 34-36" Waist 26-28" For reference, I am approximately 39" and 28.5' waist in the photos. This is never worn out, only tried on. I bought it from the Wheels & Dollbaby garage sale page which is generally for seconds and sample or extra stock. I have nto detected any abnormalities or flaws.
