NWOT Navy Altar’d State Haltered Lace Maxi Dress

This beautiful dress I bought to wear as a bridesmaid’s dress but the bride ended up going a different route. This dress has a haltered neckline and a built-in liner that cuts off just above the knee. It has pretty lace detailing throughout the dress with a flowy lace layer that starts at the waist line and goes all the way down.
