Be your magical self this Halloween as Glinda the good Witch. This costume is truly spectacular with sparkles everywhere and the pouffiest flounciest skirt. I would say best fits size 2/4 for reference I am 5’6” 125 lbs size 0/2 and it was a little bit big. Sparkly Glinda crown and wand included. This costume does have some flaws. The bodice seams have started to separate and have been stitched back together. There is a small tear as well. Please inspect pictures especially the last three of the dress bodice.
