@nlapotin hi! I’m a 7.5 and typically the 38 works for me (I have this size in other Jamie Haller loafers) but my heel keeps slipping out of these. Might be due more to the shape of my foot than the shoe though!

Thanks for this! I heard this style runs a little big (or a size big) but I typically wear a 39 (8.5 but wide is my foot) so it’s been tough to figure out my size. Besides the slipping, did you like them? You know there’s a product that is padded and sticks onto the back to prevent slipping if you decide to keep them…💜
