Pre-owned. I obtained this piece from a nice woman on eBay, and it was only lightly used. The fibers are in really good condition. I find the light lavender silvery hue just doesn't suit me and I like a little more curl in my wigs. I have washed her once and hang dried with no scented products. Lot of life in her if this is your brand/color. I do have the box and tag, and will ship them with the wig, unless you request no box. :)
