Can you post a picture of the size that is on the tag inside the jacket? You labeled the jacket a Small, but size 40 is a US size 8 which would be a medium.

Can you post pics to show the inside label size matches the price tag size? You say the jacket is a small, but 40 is not a small. The inside label determines the accurate size.

Isabel marant is a French brand, not Italian. In French sizing a 40 is a size 8. The outer tag can be swapped. The inner tag can’t. This seller won’t show a pic of the inner tag for a reason.
