Avon “ Skip a Rope” Sweet Honesty Cologne Decanter 1970’s Collectible. Appears new in box and has the rope which many others do not have. Head figure still in sealed plastic. Cologne appears to have reasonably evaporated over the years, but sweet scent is present. Box has some wear from storage as shown in pictures.
