Vintage Navy Blue Dress Red Flowers 70s A Line Polyester 60s 1970s

I have for sale this adorable vintage polyester dress in a navy blue. I estimate this to be 60s or 70s. I really love the patterned sleeves, collar and tie in front against the solid, navy blue of the dress. The lines of this are beautiful it goes in at the waist and it creates the most beautiful silhouette. The fabric is polyester, but there is some stretch to it. There’s a zipper down the back and an eye hook closure. This would be a great dress to add to wardrobe! There is a tag that says ILGWU for the international ladies Guild workers union. However, there is no size tag. I took the measurements below and converted them online and it seems to measure close to a medium, so I have marked it as such, but please look the measurements over carefully to make sure it’s a good fit for you. MEASUREMENTS Armpit to armpit: 18” Dress length: 39” Waist: 15-15.5”
