freshdipped I had a couple questions about this one. Does this have little loops on the inside of the cuffs as if it can be the liner to a heavier rain jacket? Do you have the measurements for it? Do all the zippers work? Are there any holes in the pockets? Thank you so much!! ✌️

hooligan526 @freshdipped I would also add that this jacket fits me comfortably, even zipped up and extending my arms forward, and I normally wear a Men's Medium or Women's Large (I have broad shoulders)
