From approx. 1984/1985 Sheer black tulle jacket with embroidered Park Avenue patch on the back. Tassel drawstrings. Condition; there are some white fading/discoloration marks throughout, as shown. They could possibly be dyed or recolored, but they are not stains that will clean out, from what I can tell.
