This is a terrific little silver and turquoise pendant. Older, as you can tell by the patina. Stamped with Taxco, 925 Sterling on one side, and on the other, three different maker's marks. In great shape considering it's age. Left most of the patina on. I'm not sure what kind of turquoise this stone is, but given the quality of the silver and marksmanship, it is almost certainly genuine, whatever it is.
