This is a gently loved Kate Spade Berkshire Road Stevie Shoulder Bag in Black Patent Leather. The bottom measures 13” but the sides are a lot wider than the base of the bag. It does have some minor ink stains inside on the fabric but other than that I do not see any rips or marks. It’s a beautiful bag..
