THE FIRST TWO PICS SHOW THE TRUE DEEP BLUE COLOR. It’s a great navy blue sweater/cardigan with fish buttons that might be horn, by Saint James. Made in France. (Purchased in Lyons.) Medium weight. All wool. Nearly new. Final pic shows cuff to upper shoulder. NOTE- the first two photos show the true blue color - others washed out to black-ish.
