Does this skirt have any stretch? For a curvier girl do you think it would hug the hips/backside or fit more modestly? Thanks

I have the same skirt in blue denim, and the 26 fits me. This one is more of a trumpet skirt, fitted at the top until just above the knees, then it flares out. I sized up; I’m normally a size 6.
