This beautiful top from CeCe is tiny black and white checks with loads of lace. The sleeves are 3/4 length. It fastens at the back neckline with a small button and elastic loop. It is 100% cotton and has not been laundered yet due to its new condition. I’m not sure if it will shrink at all. Shoulder to hem is 23 inches. Underarm to underarm is 20 inches.
