I am 5’7. I would have to try it back in to tell you. As I remember it hits mid way from thigh to knee.

I just tried it back on and I am 5’7 and it hits right above my knee. I would say it fits like a 6-8 and would fit a 36-38 chest. I am 36 and there is room in the chest. I hope this helps
