This very One of a Kind Unique Piece was purchased from an artisan in the high Atlas Mountains of Morocco. This is a simple community and rugged lifestyle. There are no cars or other vehicles. All by mule or foot. Residents can be seen walking for a couple of hours from Village to Village with groceries. A few pix here. But none can really describe the fear and thrill of writing up those mountains on mules as the rocks slip down the steep hill sides. On the back side you can see the tiny dots where the silver is hammered through. One small triangle of metal needs to be glued or hammered down. Priced accordingly. I'm not handy.
