New, never displayed, shaddy chic style, metal, pedestal urn / dish / centerpiece bowl with ornate rose design around top edge. The white surface is purposely chipped to appear aged. This was purchased at a boutique. (See photos for details) I am the original owner. It has been in climate controlled storage for years. Comes from a pet and some free home.
