Gorgeous 90s bustier top

I have held onto this hoping it fits, but even down 30 pounds I cannot zip it past my boobs. Size 44 but I would say best for a six. The top has mesh, and there is a peekaboo cutout. I thought this was a hole but it was sewn like that. The brand is Pancaldi and B, which is Italian. I paid $250 asking $90 OBO. It’s even prettier in person.
