Item is never worn, LIKE new with tags. Item can be worn as a coat dress or even just as a blazer. Item features inside buttons for more security. The shoulders have some padding and the back has a small opening. Minor defects include impressions in the belt where the belt loops have been holding it. The front buckle does have some scratches.
